With nothing but your body as your equipment, this dynamic session blends upper and lower body movements to build full-body strength, boost endurance, and challenge your limits — no weights, no machines, just you and the mat.

Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just getting started, come ready to move, sweat, and raise the bar – together.

Check-in will open 45 minutes prior to the scheduled start time and will close 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Spots are limited and are first-come, first-served.

A physical activity waiver must be signed upon entry via QR code.

Workout mats will be provided by Peloton. Please bring your own water bottle.
