Join Peloton’s Pilates powerhouse Emma Lovewell in the Peloton Flowspace for a 30-minute session designed to realign. With a focus on core strength, flexibility, and mindful movement. This class is an ideal way to tune into your body, setting the tone for a strong, grounded close to your Wilderness journey.

Check-in will open 45 minutes before the scheduled start time and will close 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Spots are limited and are first-come, first-served.

A physical activity waiver must be signed upon entry via QR code.

Workout mats will be provided by Peloton. Please bring your own water bottle.
