No need to enter a ring to enjoy the strength-building benefits of boxing! Join Peloton instructor Jermaine Johnson (aka JJ) at the Peloton Flowspace for a shadowboxing session that’s sure to pack a punch! This workout will focus on building upper body strength and overall stamina endurance.
Check-in will open 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time and will close when the class starts. Spots are limited and are first-come, first-served.
A physical activity waiver must be signed upon entry via QR code.
Workout mats will be provided by Peloton. Please bring your own water bottle.
