Lost property

Where to go for Lost Property?

Lost Property will be located in the Info Tent in the Arena and will be open as below:

  • Thursday: 14:00 - 20:30
  • Friday: 09:00 - 21:00
  • Saturday: 09:00 - 21:00
  • Sunday: 09:00 - 21:00
  • ⁠After that, if you find any items, please hand these over to stewards/security or into our 24hr welfare tent, don’t take them home with you.
  • Monday: The Arena will be closed, so Lost Property will move to the South Box Office accessed via Green Gate: 07:00 - 12:00. If we have your property, you will be emailed . If we do not email you, please submit the form, head home and await further contact after the festival. We have a post-festival lost property service and will continue to reunite people with any further property received.
  • ⁠If you’re staying in Family, Live In Vehicle or Accessible Camping and have lost property, please head to the hub in your campsite where our Oxfam stewards can check whether we have your items and help get them back to you. Don’t drive round to Red Gate as the roads will be busy with people heading home.

If you LOSE anything at the festival

Please submit a Lost Property form.

Please fill this in with as much detail as possible and only submit one form per item lost.

If you FIND any property at the festival

Please drop this into the Lost Property Team at the Info Tent / PUDO Box Office on Monday 07:00-12:00.

Please do not take property home with you, we have a great system in place for returning property to people and it’s much easier for us to do this directly.

After the festival

Lost property is dealt with by the wonderful team from WAVES. After the festival, they will process all remaining lost property, and if they find your item will reach out to you from wilderness@wavesltd.org. If you're expecting an email but haven't received one, please check your junk folder first before reaching out to them directly.

They aim to process all lost-property by the end of August, at which point you will be contacted either way to let you know whether your items have been found or not.
