McGrath

McGrath (Mick Russell to his friends) is a singer-songwriter from the picturesque village of Rathmullan, County Donegal, Ireland. Growing up surrounded by the stunning landscapes and rich cultural heritage of his homeland, Mick developed a deep appreciation for music from a young age. At the age of sixteen, he picked up his first guitar, inspired by artists like Bob Dylan and Kurt Cobain. He began writing his own songs, blending contemporary folk, acoustic and indie with his own natural storytelling ability. By the time he was eighteen, Mick had performed at pubs and festivals across the region, captivating audiences with his heartfelt lyrics and soulful voice. He is currently touring at every opportunity, and working with legendary producer/ writer Steve Robson (James Bay/ Maisie Peters/ Seafret) on his debut EP.
