Direct trains run from London Paddington to Charlbury Station at regular intervals throughout the weekend and take approximately 1.5 hours.

Once you arrive at Charlbury Station there will be a shuttle bus running between the station and the festival. Prices and timings for this will be announced later in the year.

At the Festival

Once you arrive at the festival, our smaller internal shuttle will be running throughout the weekend to make sure you can get to the right campsite. If you are staying in any of the campsites listed under Bus Stop 2 & 3 you'll need to hop off our Charlbury Station shuttle at Bus Stop 1 and onto the smaller internal shuttle which will take you onwards to the relevant drop-off point.

Not Camping?
If you're coming and going from the festival each day you only need one car park pass to be able to park your car for the whole weekend but please be aware that we cannot guarantee the same parking space each day if you leave and return.

We do not have a specific bike park for motorcycles, bikes are parked at your own risk and will require a Car Park Pass (1 per vehicle). Entry routes as above.

Our regular bike park is located next to the Pick Up, Drop Off entrance, off the Green Route, most easily accessed via the Green Gate, Southill Drive, OX7 3EW.

Please note, the bike park is fencing only that festivalgoers are able to lock their bikes to. Bikes are left at the owner's risk.

Once you've parked your bike, you can enter the festival via the Pick Up Drop Off entrance.

If you live locally and are planning to cycle, you may find the Yellow Gate, North Lodge entrance (OX7 3EJ) an easier way to access the festival. If you do this, we ask that you lock your bike up neatly against the fence line on the right side of the driveway/road, so as not to block the pedestrian pathway.

You can also cycle round to the bike park, but please note the road from the Green Gate round to the Yellow Gate will be busy with festival traffic, mainly flowing in the opposite direction, through the festival.

The Yellow Gate, North Lodge entrance (OX7 3EJ) is the best route for accessing the festival on foot. The route takes you up the main driveway towards the house. Upon passing through the gate at North Lodge there is a pedestrian/local box office on your left where you can scan your mobile QR code in return for a festival wristband. If you have any problems with your pass they'll also be able to help solve this for you here.

Once you have your wristband there is a fenced-off pedestrian route that runs along the grass verge, up the side of the driveway, taking you straight up to the pedestrian arena entrance, bringing you into the arena next to the main Wilderness Stage.

Please ensure you use this dedicated walkway, as this road is still used throughout the festival for exiting traffic.

If you're planning to walk home late in the evening, we recommend you wear bright/reflective clothing and bring a torch as there is minimal lighting along some stretches of the road on the periphery of the festival and some of the surrounding local roads.

From Oxford Parkway to our Pick Up & Drop Off (PUDO) via Green Gate it should cost between £50-£60.

From Charlbury to our Pick Up & Drop Off (PUDO) via Green Gate it should cost between £20-£25.

Prices for minibuses will vary, and prices to any other destination are to be agreed upon between the parties themselves.

Unfortunately, the local Charlbury taxi services do not have disabled access but can store a folded-up wheelchair in the back of their vehicles.

The wheelchair-accessible taxi firm in the local area is Abdul’s in Witney.

Sunday night will still be fun, but we ask that you vacate the campsites by midday on Monday.

Take everything with you and properly dispose of any rubbish. Leave no trace. Please respect our wonderful neighbours when leaving; they are kind enough to host us yearly, so please repay that kindness. Drive carefully, leave quietly and do not drop any litter.

Early Bird tickets for next year's festival tend to go on sale in the first couple of days following the festival, so keep an eye out for these!
