Some boutique questions answered…

What do I need to stay in Boutique Camping?

Boutique Accommodation (large enough to house your whole party), book here. AND 
A General Camping Festival Ticket (1 per person), book here.

Only guests with a Boutique Accommodation booking for their whole party will be able to access Boutique Camping. So, if you’re staying in friends’ accommodation and only booking tickets, please ensure you all arrive together or the accommodation booker meets you on arrival.

Can I bring my own tent and stay in Boutique Camping?

No – you can only stay in Boutique Camping if you have booked Boutique Accommodation.

When can I arrive and when do I have to have gone home by?

You can arrive from noon on Thursday. We ask you to be on your way home by noon on Monday.

Can I bring cooking facilities with me?

Yes of course. It must not be used inside your accommodation though. Please see the restrictions on cooking equipment here.

Are children welcome in Boutique Camping?

Yes. Children aged 0-5 can sleep in your Boutique accommodation with you, in addition to the allowed capacity, as long as they have a festival ticket. However, please note that no beds or bedding will be provided, so please bring that with you.
Not all types of accommodation have extra space though. The following should be suitable for accommodating extra child beds: Luxury Acorn Bell for 2 | Bedouin Tent for 2 | Bell House for 2 | Classic Bell for 2 or 3 | Luxury Bell for 2 or 3 | Luxury Hazel Yurt for 2 | Luxury Tipi for 2 | Luxury Woodland Yurt for 2 | Shikar Tent for 2 | Woodland Bell Tent for 2 or 3.

  • All Under 18s who are older than 5 count towards the capacity of your tent and must be booked in as usual.
  • Anyone beyond the advertised capacity will not be permitted to stay in the accommodation.
  • All Under 18s staying with you in Boutique Camping must have a festival ticket for their age.
  • Child (0-5yrs), Juniors (6-12yrs) or Teens (13-17yrs). Max 4 Under 18s per adult.
I’ve already booked but cannot remember what is included in my accommodation structure (i.e. towels, lighting)?

Does my accommodation include power?

Some of our accommodations include power – via normal 3 pin plugs. See individual accommodation descriptions here for details as a few will only have USB power available. You can book lockers here, which include phone charging and space to store your valuables, situated in the Meadow Campsite.

What toilets and showers are provided?

Some of our accommodations come with en-suites – details of which can be found by checking the contents of your accommodation here. Everyone in Boutique has access to luxury loos and showers dotted across the campsite.

What items can I not bring into the Boutique Camping site?

Rules and restrictions are the same across the festival site, so please check the list here.

I want to book extra experiences like The Lakeside Spa and Long Table Banquets. How do I do that?

Extra experiences can all be booked via the Wilderness Website. Keep an eye on our socials and sign up to our newsletter, to be the first to know all our key announcements.

What do I need for arriving at the festival?

You will need these things:

  1. Your mobile ticket, downloaded to your phone in advance, to exchange for your wristband on check in at Boutique Reception.
  2. The emailed confirmation of your Boutique Accommodation booking and the lead booker’s I.D. This will allow you to collect your included car park pass(es) on arrival and then check in to your accommodation at Boutique Reception.
Where should I head when I arrive at the Festival?

Head for Green Gate and follow signs to the Boutique Car Park / Campsite and Boutique Reception to park and check in.

My tickets haven’t arrived what should I do?

Your ticket for your Boutique Accommodation is your emailed order confirmation.

Your General Festival Ticket will be a mobile ticket – download this to your phone in advance of the festival and exchange it for a Boutique wristband on arrival at Boutique Reception.

If you don’t have either contact Ticketmaster and they should be able to resend to you.

My Car Park Pass hasn’t arrived what do I do?

Your free Car Park Pass(es) (1 per 2-3person, 2 per 4-5person, 3 per 6+ person accommodation) will  be included on your Boutique Accommodation order confirmation email. So, please ensure you have this to hand upon arrival at the festival so that to receive the necessary number of passes for parking. If you require anything over the included passes you can book additional Boutique Car Park Passes during the booking process.
