The Audi HavenA hidden oasis just off the festival field, The Audi Kitchen offers an unforgettable dining experience.
This year, the menu has been crafted by none other than Audi ambassador and culinary icon Chef Monica Galetti. Known for her bold flavours and fearless creativity, Monica brings her signature style to the Wilderness table, creating a one-of-a-kind feast that reflects her global roots and uncompromising passion, whilst celebrating locally sourced produce in line with the festival ethos.
Samoan-born and New Zealand-raised, Monica made culinary history as the first female sous chef at London’s legendary Le Gavroche, before becoming a household name as a judge on the BBC’s MasterChef: The Professionals and co-host of Amazing Hotels. Now, she brings her world-class touch to the wild – for an intimate, elevated experience unlike anything else at the festival.
Sittings: Friday & Saturday - 12:30-14:30 & 17:45-19:45
