The Boutique Campsite has an extensive range of accommodations to choose from and exclusive perks including luxury showers and toilets, pamper parlour (with hairdryers, straighteners and mirrors), restaurant and bar, free parking (1 pass per 2-3 person, 2 passes per 4-5 person, 3 passes per 6+ person accommodation), a 24-hour reception with staff ready to ensure you have a wonderful experience and concierge team on hand to help you get to your accommodation, it is a stunning place to call home for four days.
Meadow Campsite offers 24-hour reception and security, exclusive breakfast pop up and proper loos and showers. Ideal for those wanting pre-pitched, unfurnished accommodation - no tent set-up needed or wanting to park next to their tent. Alternatively, if you would like to bring your own tent but have an extra level of ease, then Meadow Park + Pitch is for you. Secure an 8x7m pitch, 5x7m for your tent, the rest for your vehicle parked directly alongside (no power hookup). Family-friendly pitches can be selected when booking. The Boutique, Meadow & Park & Pitch campsites will be open from noon Thursday - noon Monday. The receptions are staffed all night, though initial check-in for accommodation ends at 10pm daily.
Please remember - all prices stated for Boutique Campsite, Meadow Campsite & Meadow Park & Pitch are the price per accommodation or pitch, not per person and do not include festival tickets.

To stay in Boutique Campsite, you need to book BOTH:
- Boutique Accommodation (large enough to house your whole party)
- A General Camping Festival Ticket (one per person)
To stay in Meadow Campsite, you need to book BOTH:
- Meadow Accommodation (large enough to house your whole party)
- A General Camping Festival Ticket (one per person)
To stay in Meadow Park & Pitch you need to book BOTH:
- Weekend Camping - Meadow Park & Pitch (one per person)
- Meadow Park & Pitch pitch
Please note:
Only those with Boutique Accommodation, Meadow Accommodation or Meadow Park & Pitch tickets in addition to General Camping Festival Tickets, will be able to access their designated campsite.
Only guests with both will be able to access their chosen campsite. So, if you're staying in a friends' accommodation or pitch and only booking tickets, please ensure you all arrive together, or the accommodation booker meets you on arrival.
Boutique & Meadow accommodation sells out, so please book both early to avoid disappointment.
You cannot bring your own tent and stay in Boutique or Meadow Campsite, only in Meadow Park & Pitch.
You are not permitted to bring your own live-in vehicle into Meadow Park & Pitch. No power is included/available with the pitch.
With so much to choose from, make sure you are all agreed on which accommodation you’d like before booking. Then it’s simple:
Choose your accommodation from the selection.
Choose your bedding configuration (if your first choice of configuration is sold out, please note that we may not be able to source more of that option).
Boutique Car Park passes are included in your accommodation order (1 per 2-3 person, 2 per 4-5 person, 3 per 6+ person accommodation) but if you need any additional ones, you can add them on.
Then head to checkout where you can choose to either pay upfront or spread the cost by choosing Klarna as your payment option.
You should receive an email confirming your order. Please check this has arrived and pop it in a memorable place, as you’ll need this to collect your Boutique Car Park Passes and access your accommodation when you arrive at the festival.
Book your General Camping Festival Ticket (1 per person). This will be a mobile ticket, sent to you nearer to the festival, download this to your phone prior to arrival and exchange it for a Boutique wristband at Boutique Reception.
A week or so before the event you should also receive a Customer Info Pack email with all the necessary information about arrival.

Please note: Registering does not guarantee fulfilment, but we will do our best to accommodate your request(s).
Under 18s
Children aged 0-5yrs can sleep in your accommodation with you in addition to the allowed capacity, as long as they have a festival ticket. However, please note that no beds or bedding will be provided for extra children, so please bring that with you. Not all accommodations have extra space though, so please check by emailing Wilderness@VIPNation.co.uk
Under 18s older than 5 years old count towards the capacity of your tent and must be booked in as usual.
Under 18s Festival Tickets can only be booked alongside an adult ticket, begin the booking process then you can add them on.
If you have already booked adult tickets and need to add on under 18’s tickets you can do so by calling your ticket provider and quoting your order number.
Yes, there is the option at the checkout to split your booking into multiple payments.
Got friends staying elsewhere who want to visit you over the weekend in Boutique Camping? All they need is a Boutique Guest Pass. That way you can all enjoy a cocktail together while you get ready. The only thing you can’t do is host a sleepover.
Information about Boutique Guest Passes will be available to purchase at the festival at the Boutique Reception.
Yes! We have a creche in Boutique Camping, please note this is for those who have booked Boutique Accommodation and are therefore staying in the Boutique Campsite only.
The Boutique Campsite has its own dedicated Bar & Restaurant, entertainment, cinema tent, bookable yoga classes and massages available to those staying in Boutique only.

Please check out by noon on Monday at the latest by handing back in your check-in card, along with any keys/padlocks (if applicable), to your campsite Reception.
Please take your bin bags from Boutique or Meadow Reception. Use green bags for recyclables (cans, clean paper & cardboard, hard plastic e.g. bottles), and clear bags for non-recyclable waste (food packaging, wet wipes, soft plastic e.g. crisp packets) and return them to the recycling points. Ensure you leave your accommodation and the space around it as tidy as you can.
Please note if you damage your accommodation, or if anything is missing from your accommodation that was supplied, you will not be able to return to Wilderness Boutique or Meadow for future festivals.
Accommodation will only be exchanged or refunded if the festival is cancelled or rescheduled.
