  1. This Prize Promotion Notice sets out the details of the Wilderness Festival x Audi Kitchen Prize Draw (opening Monday 2nd February, 2026 at 8am and closing Monday 6th July, 2026 at 3pm). The prize draw (the "Prize Promotion") is being run by Live Nation (Music) UK Limited (“Our”, "Us" and "We") across Wilderness Festival’s Newsletter, Social Channels, and Our Prize Promotion entry page set out below.

Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited trading as Audi UK and each of its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, members, representatives and employees (“Audi”) is not the promoter of this Prize Promotion and will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising out of or in connection with participation in this Prize Promotion, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law or in respect of the delivery and fulfilment of the Prize.

  1. To enter the Prize Promotion, you must be:

a) resident in the United Kingdom or Ireland;

b) able to comply with these terms and all the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions; and

c) at least 18 years old

d) have a festival ticket to and will be attending Wilderness Festival 2026 on Friday 31st July, 2026 and Saturday 1st August, 2026.

  1. To enter the Prize Promotion, participants need to enter through the dedicated Prize Promotion page at https://fep.livenationinternational.com/g3n5tvry?L=Email. Participants will be required to complete the Prize Promotion entry form with their full name, email address and phone number. Internet access and an email address are required to enter the Prize Promotion.
  2. The Prize Promotion will commence on Monday 2nd February 2026 at 8am and close Monday 2nd July, 2026 at 3pm.
  3. The “Prize” is 2 (two) tickets to the Audi Kitchen on either Friday 31st July, 2026 or Saturday 1st August, 2026 lunchtime (day to be allocated by Audi and confirmed to the winner when awarding the prize) at Wilderness Festival 2026.

Please note, the Prize does not include the cost of: festival tickets, accommodation or equipment, food or drink on site, or any on-site services outside of the Prize itself.

  1. There is 1 (one) Prize available.
  2. There will be 1 (one) Winner in total.
  3. If you are the winner of this Prize Promotion ("Winner"), you will be emailed and/or contacted by phone within 1 (one) week of the prize draw closing and advised on how to collect the Prize. Please note that if you do not respond within 3 (three) days, we reserve the right to select a different Winner.

  5. Proof of identification may be required to claim the Prize.
  6. This Prize Promotion is a Prize draw as defined in the Prize Promotion

  1. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice and

the terms outlined in the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions, the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice shall prevail.

  1. We will process your personal information for the purposes of entering you into the Prize Promotion and subject to the terms in our Privacy Policy https://www.livenation.co.uk/privacy/. If required, we will share the necessary personal information about you with Audi for the purposes of Prize fulfilment.
