PayPal Presale Offer Terms and Conditions ​

​By participating in the Audi Presents Wilderness presale tickets offer through PayPal (the “Offer”), participants agree to these terms and conditions (“Terms”). The Offer is live from 10am Friday 27 February, and ends on the earlier of sell-out of the allocated presale ticket inventory or 10am Sunday 01 March – whichever comes first (“Offer Period”). ​

Offer ​

Access presale tickets for Audi Presents Wilderness (“Event”) through the Ticketmaster platform using your Valid Account (defined below) during the Offer Period. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. There is a maximum limit of 10 tickets per Valid Account. ​

Who Can Take Part ​

To be eligible for the Offer, participants must: ​

Hold a personal UK PayPal account in good standing during the Offer Period (“Valid Account”). ​

​Ticket Purchase and Event Details ​

Ticket purchase and attendance are subject to Ticketmaster’s Purchase Policy and Privacy Notice. ​

The Event is subject to the Event organiser’s terms and conditions of entry. ​

If the Event is cancelled after ticket purchase, Ticketmaster will notify you using the contact details provided at purchase. ​

For questions or complaints: ​

Contact the Mama Festivals for matters relating to the Event; or contact Ticketmaster for presale ticket queries. ​

Important Details ​

The Offer cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred, or resold, and cannot be used with any other offer for the Event. ​

No cash alternative is available. ​

Capacity restrictions may apply to the Ticketmaster website during busy periods. ​

PayPal accepts no responsibility for technical issues, errors, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect participation or ticket availability. ​

General ​

PayPal may limit, suspend, or amend this Offer at any time and will provide reasonable notice when possible. Accounts and transactions may be reviewed for eligibility. Similar offers may run concurrently, but each is governed separately. PayPal is not responsible for any communications or Offer-related materials that are lost, delayed, misdirected, altered, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise defective. We are also not liable if your contact details or account information are changed or incorrect without prior notice to us. PayPal and Ticketmaster reserve the right to cancel or refuse any purchase if: ​

- It breaches Ticketmaster’s Purchase Policy or these Terms; ​

- Presale tickets have sold out or the Offer Period has expired; ​

- Ticketmaster reasonably believes the purchase is intended for commercial resale; or ​

- The request exceeds the maximum ticket limit per person. ​

Offers are void where prohibited by law or in cases of fraud, abuse, or misuse. All decisions regarding Offer eligibility and operation are final. ​

Law and Jurisdiction ​

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By participating, you agree to these Terms, the PayPal User Agreement and Ticketmaster’s Purchase Policy. ​​
