Audi Presents Wilderness Christmas Gifting Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

PRIZE PROMOTION NOTICE

  1. This Prize Promotion Notice sets out the details of the Audi Presents Wilderness Christmas Gifting Prize Draw (the "Prize Promotion") being run by Mama Festivals Limited (“our”, "us" and "we").
  2. The Prize Promotion is subject to these terms and our general terms and conditions for Prize Promotions ("Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions"), which can be found at: https://www.wildernessfestival.com/legal/prize-promotion-ts-cs/
  3. The Prize Promotion will be run through our Audi Presents Wilderness Instagram page.
  4. To be eligible to enter the Prize Promotion, you must:
    - be a resident in the United Kingdom;
    - be able to comply with these terms and all the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions; and
    - be at least 18 years old.
  5. To enter the Prize Promotion, you must opt-in to the Prize Promotion when completing a transaction to purchase at least one valid ticket to Audi Presents Wilderness 2026 (the “Festival”) via an official ticketing partner between 16:00 on 19 December 2025 and 23.59 on 12 January 2026 only.
  6. Each valid ticket purchase transaction made during this period will count as one entry into the Prize Promotion, where the entrant has opted in to the Prize Promotion upon purchase. Multiple tickets purchased in a single transaction will not result in multiple entries. Prizes are conditional on your Festival ticket remaining valid.
  7. The Prize Promotion will commence at 16:00 on 19 December 2025 and will close at 23:59 on 12 January 2026.
  8. Each entrant will be eligible to win one Prize only from the following Prize pool:

    Off-site Prizes (fulfilled outside of the Festival)
    -     1x overnight stay at 1 Hotel Mayfair, in a double occupancy, bed and breakfast, King Room, a Michelin starred dinner at one of the Audi Chef Ambassador restaurants: A Wong, 70 Wilton Road, Pimlico, London SW1V 1DE, OR Kutir by Rohit Ghai, 10 Lincoln Street, London SW3 2TS, including food, drinks, and service charge, up to a maximum total value of £700 (gross), and a chauffeur-driven car including: transport from the Winner’s home address to the hotel (day one) and return (day two), subject to a maximum distance of 200 miles each way for the Winner and one guest.     - 1x Nespresso bundle including 1 x Nespresso Vertuo machine, 50 x Nespresso coffees,1 x set of Nespresso mugs, for one Winner.
    - 1x 70cl bottle of Don Julio 1942 tequila for one Winner.
    - 1x book bundle from Phlox (consisting of 5 books) for one Winner.
    - 3x MASAJ 60-minute Bodywork session vouchers, each worth an approximate value of £105, with one voucher awarded to each of three separate Winners. Each Winner of this Prize may alternatively redeem their voucher against any Facework session or Couples Massage by paying the price difference directly to MASAJ.
    - 1x dining experience at Design Restaurant by Social Pantry for one Winner and one guest.
    - 3x clothing bundles from Bridges for Music, each bundle includes one sweater and one t-shirt, awarded to three separate Winners.
    - 1x Wilderness top bundle     of two Wilderness-branded long-sleeve tops for one Winner and one guest
    - 1x Choose Love x Wilderness top bundle of two co-brand Choose Love x Wilderness short-sleeve tops for one Winner and one guest
    - 1x Fortnum and Mason Bloody Mary gift box for one Winner.

    The Audi Presents Wilderness 2026 on-site Festival Prizes (fulfilled at the Festival)
    - 1x Luxury Bell Tent Boutique camping accommodation     for the Winner and up to three guests
    - 1x Lakeside Spa hot tub experience (for 2 hours) for the Winner and one guest
    - 1x Long Table Banquet experience (approx 2-2.5hrs) for the Winner and one guest
    - 4x bundles of two food and two drink vouchers, redeemable at participating Festival outlets, awarded to three separate Winners

    (the “Prizes”, each a “Prize”)
  9. There are are 21 Prizes available, and there will be 21 Winners in total. Each Winner will receive one Prize only. Prizes are subject to availability. Third-party terms and conditions may apply to certain Prizes, where applicable. We are providing: 1x Luxury Bell Tent Boutique Camping accommodation, 1x Lakeside Spa Hot Tub experience, 1x Long Table Banquet Experience, 3x bundles of two food and two drink vouchers, 1x Wilderness top bundle of two tops, and 1x Choose Love x Wilderness top bundle of two tops. All other Prizes will be delivered by third party partners who hold responsibility for the quality and fulfilment of their respective Prize(s).
  10. If you are a winner of the Prize Promotion ("Winner"), you will be notified by email within 7 days of the Prize Promotion’s closing date (19 January 2026) and advised on how to collect the Prize. Please note that if you do not respond within 72 hours, we reserve the right to select a different Winner.
  11. Proof of identification may be required to claim the Prize.
  12. Any permitted guest(s) of Winners of the on-site Festival Prizes must hold valid Festival tickets to access the on-site Festival Prizes. This requirement does not apply to guests of Winners of the off-site Prizes.
  13. This Prize Promotion is a Prize Draw as defined in the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions.
  14. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice and the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions, the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice shall prevail.
  15. We will process your personal information for the purposes of entering you into the Prize Promotion and subject to the terms in our Privacy Policy https://www.wildernessfestival.com/legal/privacy-policy/.
