Save the lil ones’ legs! Hire a sturdy Charity Concierge wagon for the entire weekend - pop the kids in and off you go for a tantrum-free (hopefully!) weekend.
How it works
Overnight wagons can only be pre-booked. When you book, we’ll ask from which location you’d like to pick up (General, Family or Boutique Car Park).
On arrival, find the Child.org Wagon Hub in your chosen car park. Look out for purple gazebos, big purple flags and our friendly volunteers in purple T-shirts! When you pick the wagon up, we’ll ask you a few more questions, charge a £50 security deposit (this will be refunded to you on the wagon’s return) and send you on your way!
*N.b., these trolleys are not toys and are hired as a tool cart for transportation. Children are carried at the user's own risk
Pricing
- £80 weekend rental (pre-booked only)
- £50 security deposit, paid upon collection and refunded upon return.

- Thursday: 9am - 9pm
- Friday: 9am - 8pm
- Saturday: closed
- Sunday: 7am - 6pm
- Monday: 7am - 12pm

Charity Concierge
Charity Concierge is festival volunteering with an impact: their volunteers bring a little bit of luxury to festival-goers while raising money for global health charity Child.org. All donations support Child.org’s work in making pregnancies safer for women and babies in Kenya.
Please note - you must have a valid festival ticket to book an experience at Wilderness.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Please note extra experience bookings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Experiences will only be held for 20 minutes, after that tickets are subject to resale and will be automatically cancelled without refund.
Order Confirmations & More Info
- If you don't receive an order confirmation email, please first check your junk/spam folder before contacting us.
- You can see full information on how to book experiences, access your Wilderness account and experience Ts & Cs here.
- You’ll need a copy of the lead booker’s I.D. to check-in. Group bookings must arrive together.
Outdoor Experiences
- Outdoor experiences will take place come rain or shine.
- For any outdoor experiences outside of the arena, unless specified otherwise on the individual booking page, please meet 15 minutes before the designated start time at the Wilderness Meeting Point where you will be met and guided to your experience.
