SoundStretch
from £15
The StudioExperience the wonder of Sound Stretch, a beautiful melding of meditation, yoga, energy work and sound.
The session begins in a seated chakra meditation before moving into a yoga-based asana flow, journeying through the chakras with sound and dynamic movement. Rather than prescriptive yoga, the focus is on the physical quality and energy of each chakra, guided by Kirstyn's changing vocals, making this class accessible and engaging for all levels.
Kirstyn guides the group with an effortless interplay of expert embodiment, clear direction, and a lightness of humour, creating an atmosphere where the sound and energy in the room becomes truly extraordinary.
The session closes lying down, focusing on the crown chakra, a moment of stillness that past participants have described as intense, uplifting, and deeply felt.
Kirstyn is a Retreat Co-ordinator at the renowned retreat centre "The Dreaming" in Mid Wales.
