How do I contact Ticketmaster?

You contact Ticketmaster directly here. Please note, that response times may take a little longer than usual.

When can I book tickets for Wilderness 2023? 

2023 Lazy Bird tickets are now available to book, secure your space here.

What do I need to book, to stay in my preferred campsite? 

Your campsite ticket is your ticket to the full festival weekend. So, before you book, it’s important that you know which campsite you’d like to stay in, so that you book all the necessary tickets/passes/accommodation required to stay there and don’t miss out. Please see below for a list of our campsites and what you need to stay in each:

General Camping 

Bring your own tent and set up for the weekend.
What should I book? A General Camping Ticket only.

Family Camping

Exclusively for those with little ones. If you’re part of a large group but are not all bringing kids, please arrive together. And don’t forget your tent!
What should I book? A Family Camping Ticket only – under 18 tickets can be added on during the booking process (max four per adult). Please make sure you book the correct ticket for under 18s based on the age they will be at the festival. Only adults with under 18s are able to stay in the Family Campsite.

Quiet Camping

Further from the arena, for those who want a little extra shut-eye. Children under eight are not permitted.
What should I book? A Quiet Camping Ticket only.

Non-Camping

Camping not your thing? No problem, book a non-camping ticket and come and go throughout the weekend within the gate times.
What should I book? A Non-Camping Ticket only.

Boutique Camping

For those of you who want a little luxury, perks include a 24-hour reception, concierge service, a dedicated restaurant and bar, luxury toilets and showers, free pamper parlour and more.
What should I book? Boutique Accommodation (large enough for your whole party) PLUS a General Camping Ticket

Meadow Camping

Don’t fancy the faff of pitching your own tent? Meadow offers pre-pitched tents and huts but please note Meadow Tents do not come with beds / bedding and Huts come with beds only.
What should I book? Meadow Accommodation (large enough for your whole party) PLUS a General Camping Ticket

Live-In Vehicle Camping

Our only campsite that can accommodate live-in vehicles, caravans and campervans.
What should I book? A Live-In Vehicle Pass (1 per 6x7m pitch) PLUS a General Camping Ticket

Accessibility Camping

Exclusively for our deaf and disabled customers, this campsite is closest to the arena and has accessible facilities.
What should I book? A General Camping Ticket THEN register for the Accessibility Campsite via our application form. Please note our application form is not currently available, so please sign up to our Accessibility Mailing List and we’ll be in touch when the form is live.

Important Information

If you do not book the relevant additional accommodation required for Boutique / Meadow or pass required for Live-In Vehicle Camping, then you will need to stay in our General Campsite.
If for any reason you need to switch between General, Family, Quiet or Non-Camping please contact Ticketmaster or See Tickets and they can arrange this for you.

Do you do coach packages?

Yes, you can take the hassle out of travelling to Wilderness 2023 and travel greener by choosing Big Green Coach’s direct weekend coach service. Bookings open later in the year.

I’m coming to the festival with a group, do you offer group discounts?

Yes, our Team Tickets option gives you six tickets for the price of five, at the final release price and are now available to book. There is a ticket limit of 10 tickets per person, however, if you’d like to make a booking for a group larger than 10 people, please email info@wildernessfestival.com and we can arrange this with you.

When will Instalment Plans be available to book?

Our 10-part Instalment Plan is now closed. Further Instalment Plans will be available in 2023, stay tuned. Details and payment schedule for the 10-part plan can be found below.

Adults – £230 total / £23 per month*
Teens – £115 total / £11.50 per month*
Junior – £35 total / £3.50 per month*
Child – £5 total / £0.50 per month*
Team – £191.67 total / £19.17 per month*
* All ticket prices are exclusive of bookings fees, which will be included in your first payment

Payment schedule as follows:
1st payment – Taken immediately, including all booking fees
2nd – 9th payment – Taken monthly, on/around the 1st of the month
Final payment – Taken on/around the 1st of June 2023

When will Local Resident Tickets be available to book?

Wilderness 2023 Local Weekend Tickets, for those within the postcodes OX7 3** and OX29 9**, will open for registration later in the year.

What are the ticket booking fees?

Each ticket booked will have a service charge added (dependent on the face value of the ticket), this will appear on the Ticketmaster booking page, within the cost per ticket.
Each transaction is then subject to a £3.25 handling fee.

Are there lockers/phone chargers so I can store valuables and charge my devices?

Yes, you will be able to book these closer to the festival.

Are there trollies to help me get my things from the car to the campsite?

Yes, you will be able to book these closer to the festival.

Can I buy a resale ticket for Wilderness?

Please beware of scammers and only buy or sell tickets via trusted resellers including Ticketmaster. Don’t use other third-party sites, social media and unofficial resellers.

I have already booked tickets/accommodation for the festival, who do I contact if I have any queries regarding my booking?

If you need your ticket confirmation resending, to change details on your booking or have any questions relating to an existing order, please contact Ticketmaster or See Tickets directly, by emailing them here or via the App. Only they can answer questions to do with ticketing and bookings.

I have already booked accommodation for the festival, who do I contact if I have any queries regarding my accommodation?

Do you offer refunds on tickets?

Our T&Cs state that tickets will be exchanged or refunded if the festival is cancelled or rescheduled. Read our full Ticket T&Cs, here.

Do you offer refunds on paid experiences?

Can I add under 18 tickets to my order?

Under 18 tickets can only be booked alongside an adult ticket. Simply begin the booking process then add on your under 18 tickets (max 4 per adult). If you’ve already booked your tickets and want to add under 18s on you’ll need to contact Ticketmaster – details at the top of the page.

I’ve booked an under-18 ticket for the wrong age range – can I change it?

It’s important when booking to book the right ticket based on the age the child will be at the time of the festival. Child: 0-5yrs | Junior 6-12yrs | Teen 13-17yrs. If you need to switch to an older ticket please do this when you arrive, at your campsite’s box office. An additional fee, covering the difference in the ticket price, will apply.

Do you do day tickets?

Day tickets for Wilderness 2023 will be available to book later in the year.

What provisions do you have for accessibility customers at Wilderness?

Can I visit my friends at other campsites?

Each campsite has its own wristband for safety purposes, so if you want to meet up with friends you can find them in the main arena where all the fun is anyway.

I’d like to come to the festival but not camp – can I do this?

If camping’s not your thing that’s absolutely fine. Simply book a non-camping ticket and use your festival wristband to come and go from the festival within our gate opening times (released nearer to the festival).

Do you have a limit on tent size?

Our General, Quiet and Family Campsites are the ones where you can bring your own tent and camp. There are no designated pitches, you just pick a spot and set up. While we do not have a restriction on tent size, to make sure everyone has a fair amount of space we do not allow trailer tents or gazebos.

Who are your approved ticket vendors?

Our official ticket vendor is Ticketmaster. Please note when you book a ticket through them, you should contact them directly with any queries.

Can I bring my own tent and stay in Boutique or Meadow Camping?

No, to stay in either our Boutique or Meadow campsites you must book Boutique or Meadow Accommodation on top of your general admission festival ticket. If you want to bring your own tent you can choose to stay in General, Family, Quiet or Live-In Vehicle Camping (provided you’ve booked a Live-In Vehicle Pass – 1 per 6x7m pitch).
