When will Boutique and Meadow accommodation open for bookings?
Bookings for Boutique accommodation are now open. Don’t delay, and book here.
Please note – Meadow Accommodation has now sold out. If you have booked a Meadow Ticket but not Meadow Accommodation, please contact Ticketmaster to switch to another campsite.
Boutique festival tickets are sold out, so accommodation is only available to existing ticket holders. If you have booked for another campsite and would like to switch to Boutique, book your accommodation separately, then contact Ticketmaster to arrange switching over your tickets.
It’s important you’re booked into the campsite you would like to stay in at the festival. If you have booked tickets and now wish to change where you’re staying please contact Ticketmaster and they can arrange this for you. They can also switch your tickets to non-camping if you’d prefer to come and go from the festival daily.

Wilderness 2021 local tickets – SOLD OUT
I still have Wilderness 2020 Local Tickets, what do I do with them?
- You need to either roll these over to Wilderness 2021 or request to have them refunded.
- Please head down to the Charlbury Community Centre, on Saturday 8th May (10am-4pm) to do this.
- You will need to have your 2020 tickets with you when you go.
I’ve already rolled over my Wilderness 2020 Local Tickets, what do I do now?
You don’t need to do anything, you will be sent an email before the end of May detailing how to collect your Wilderness 2021 festival wristbands at the festival.
Can I buy a resale ticket for Wilderness 2021?
Please beware of scammers and only buy or sell tickets via trusted resellers including Ticketmaster. Don’t use other third party sites, social media and unofficial resellers.
When will Extra Experiences open for bookings?
Bookings for Extra Experiences will open in Spring 2021. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when Extra Experiences go on sale.
I have already booked tickets/accommodation for the festival, who do I contact if I have any queries regarding my booking?
If you need your confirmation email resending, to change any details on your booking or have any questions with regards to an existing order for Wilderness 2020 or Wilderness 2021, please contact Ticketmaster directly, by emailing them here. Only they can answer questions to do with ticketing and bookings.
I booked via the Deposit Scheme – when will future payments be taken?
If you booked tickets to Wilderness 2021 via the Deposit Scheme your next payments will be taken on the 1stof each month April – July inclusive.
If you still have deposit payments to make on a 2020 booking that you rolled to this year, Ticketmaster will be in touch directly with information on future payments.
Do you offer refunds on tickets?
Our T&Cs state that tickets will be exchanged or refunded if the festival is cancelled or rescheduled. For those of you who have booked festival tickets or accommodation packages for Wilderness 2020, you will have received an email from our ticketing partner, Ticketmaster, in May 2020. This gave the option of a refund or to retain your ticket and carry it over to 2021. If you have any further questions regarding your order or did not receive an email from Ticketmaster, please contact them directly as only they can answer questions to do with ticketing and bookings.

Can I add under 18 tickets onto my order?
Under 18 tickets can only be booked alongside an adult ticket. Simply begin the booking process then add on your under 18 tickets (max 4 per adult). If you’ve already booked your tickets and want to add under 18s on you’ll need to contact Ticketmaster – details at the top of the page.
I’ve booked an under 18 ticket for the wrong age range – can I change it?
It’s important when booking to book the right ticket based on the age the child will be at the time of the festival. Child: 0-5yrs | Junior 6-12yrs | Teen 13-17yrs. If you need to switch to an older ticket please do this when you arrive, at your campsite’s box office. An additional fee, covering the difference in ticket price, will apply.
Do you do day tickets?
With so much on across the weekend, we don’t offer day tickets to Wilderness, as we want to make sure everyone gets to experience all the festival has to offer. Why not join us for the weekend instead? Go on … you know you want to.
Can I split the cost of my tickets?
Our Deposit Scheme allows you to split the cost of your whole order, including Adult & Under 18s tickets, Car Park Passes and Boutique & Meadow Accommodation, simply choose your campsite and book via the deposit scheme. If you booked via the deposit scheme, your remaining payments will be taken as on the 1st of each month April – July.
What provisions do you have for accessibility customers at Wilderness?
Can I visit my friends in other campsites?
All of our wristbands are barcoded for each campsite for safety purposes, so if you want to meet up with friends you can find them in the main arena where all the fun is anyway. To visit friends in Meadow or Boutique Camping you must book a Meadow / Boutique Guest Pass, a maximum of two of these can be added on during the booking process for Boutique / Meadow tickets or purchased at festival at the the respective campsite box offices.
I’d like to come to the festival but not camp – can I do this?
If camping’s not you’re thing that’s absolutely fine. Simply book a non-camping ticket (camping is included in the price of your weekend ticket) and then you can use your festival wristband to come and go from the festival as you please within our gate opening times.
Do you have a limit on tent size?
Our General, Quiet and Family Campsites are the ones where you can bring your own tent and camp. There are no designated pitches, you just pick a spot and set up. While we do not have a restriction on tent size, to make sure everyone has a fair amount of space we do not allow trailer tents or gazebos.
Who are your approved ticket vendors?
Can I bring my own tent and stay in Boutique or Meadow Camping?
No, to stay in either our Boutique or Meadow campsites you must book Boutique or Meadow Accommodation on top of your festival ticket. If you want to bring your own tent you can choose to stay in General, Family, Quiet or Live-In Vehicle Camping (provided you’ve booked a Live-In Vehicle Pass – 1 per 6x7m pitch) For any other questions on Boutique Camping please see our full Boutique Info Page.
Will I be required to have a COVID-19 vaccination or test to attend Wilderness 2021?
The UK government is not mandating vaccination so it won’t be mandatory at Wilderness, but we will be testing to ensure those without a vaccination are COVID clear before they enter the festival.
What time does the festival open and close / when can we arrive?
You can arrive on any day throughout the festival weekend, provided it is within our gate times, so that you can collect your festival wristband and enter the festival. Please note these may be subject to change but gate times tend to be as follows:

Thursday: Noon – 22:00
Friday: 09:00 – 22:00
Saturday: 09:00 – 21:00
Sunday: 09:00 – 18:00
Opening Times – subject to change
On the first day of the festival, Thursday, car parks open from 10am, campsites and gates from noon and the main arena from 2pm.
On Monday the arena will be completely closed and we politely ask you all to have packed up and headed home from the campsites by noon.
