It is with great sadness that we must announce that Wilderness will no longer be taking place in 2020. We have been closely monitoring this unprecedented situation and it has become clear that it is just not possible for the festival to go ahead. 

What are the dates for Wilderness 2021?

Wilderness will return next year on Thursday 5th – Sunday 8th August 2021. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when tickets go on sale.

I have already booked tickets/accommodation for the festival, who do I contact if I have any queries regarding my booking?

If you have any questions with regards to an existing order for Wilderness 2020 or Wilderness 2021, please contact Ticketmaster directly, only they can answer questions to do with ticketing and bookings.

When will 2021 Boutique and Meadow accommodation open for bookings?

Bookings for 2021 Boutique and Meadow accommodation will open later in the year.

When will 2021 Extra Experiences open for bookings?

Bookings for 2021 Extra Experiences will open in Spring 2021. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when Extra Experiences go on sale.

I booked tickets/accommodation package for Wilderness 2020, what happens next?

For those of you who have booked festival tickets or accommodation packages for Wilderness 2020, you will have received an email from our ticketing partner, Ticketmaster, in May. This gave the option of a refund or to retain your ticket and carry it over to 2021. If you have any further questions regarding your order or did not receive an email from Ticketmaster, please contact them directly as only they can answer questions to do with ticketing and bookings. 

You can email Ticketmaster here OR if you are seeking a refund you can fill out their online form here and select ‘Requesting a Refund’ from the drop down menu. Please ensure you include your order number.

I am a Charlbury resident with a local ticket, how do I obtain a refund?

For those of you who purchased local tickets & vehicle passes through the Charlbury Community Centre, you will have the option of a refund or to retain your ticket and carry it over. In order to do this you will need to head to the Community Centre and fill out a form. They will be processing these forms from 23rd May 2020 onwards on Saturdays only (between 9am and 12.30pm).

Please bring the following with you:

  1. Your physical tickets with “VOID” written across each of them
  2. Verification of your bank details so the Community Centre can confirm the form is correct (either bank card displaying sort code & account number or bank statement)

If you would like to print and fill out the form yourself before taking it to the Community Centre then you can access the document to download here.

The forms will be sent off in batches to Wilderness HQ. If you have opted for a refund this will be processed within 14 days of receiving it. Please note that the £1.50 handling charge is non-refundable. If you have opted to hold onto your tickets for 2021, your information and ticket details will be held securely and you will then be emailed closer to the event with details on how to redeem your ticket.

Do you offer refunds on tickets?

Do you offer refunds on paid experiences?

Our T&Cs state that extra experiences will be refunded if the festival is cancelled. Bookings for extra experiences at Season Ten were automatically refunded in May. Please check your bank statements carefully before emailing info@wildernessfestival.com if you have not received a refund on your any 2020 experiences.
