Long Table Banquets

With Professor Green and Tom Sellers

Your Sunday roast - Wilderness style - at the Long Table Banqueting Hall

2024's sell-out Sunday Roast was an unforgettable sensation. Because Wilderness never do things by half, this year they’ve teamed up rapper, singer, songwriter and brand new champion of the Sunday roast Stephen Manderson - aka Professor Green - with highly acclaimed and Michelin-starred Tom Sellers to deliver an unmissable dining experience to round out your Wilderness weekend. Quite clearly the only place to be on Sunday.

Professor Green

Established as one of the crossover superstars of British music, the Hackney-born and raised rapper, otherwise known as Stephen Manderson, has released two Top 3 albums and amassed a career tally of over 4 million combined sales in the UK alone. He’s completed four headline tours and performed on the main stages of countless festivals such as Glastonbury.

Now with an Instagram account dedicated to all things delectable dining - ‘I Used To Rave but Now I’ - this is not his first foray into the world of food, but it is his first time here with us in the Wilderness fields and what a way to start.

Tom Sellers

Hailing from Nottingham, Tom Sellers is a two Michelin-starred Chef who opened his first restaurant, Restaurant Story, at 26. At launch, Tom’s unique approach garnered significant critical acclaim, and the ten-table Bermondsey restaurant was awarded a Michelin Star just five months after opening, with a second following in 2021.

2023 saw the launch of Story Cellar, a Parisian inspired rotisserie style restaurant with counter dining, in Neal’s Yard, as well as a partnership with 1 Hotel Mayfair to launch a new feature restaurant, Dovetale, situated in Dover Yard.

Now he joins us for a Sunday roast you're sure not to forget.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Experiences will only be held for 20 minutes, after that tickets are subject to resale and will be automatically cancelled without refund.

Feasting Experiences

  • All menus are designed nut-free (unless specified otherwise), but please be aware food is prepared in kitchens where nuts, gluten, and other allergens may be present.
  • Feasting Experiences can only facilitate dietary requirements as outlined on the individual chef's booking page.
  • Where alternative dishes are available, the same dish will be used for vegan and dairy-free.
  • While we aim to keep all dietary alternatives as close to the original menu dish as possible, in some circumstances, where a direct substitute is not possible, there may be changes to the entire dish.
  • Available alternative menu options must always be requested in advance via the dietaries form. Do not forget this if booking for a group, we are in a field so alternatives are not readily available.
  • Banquets - unless specified otherwise on the chef's page, there is a vegan alternative for all our larger banquet restaurants (long table and woodland), but they must be requested in advance via the dietaries form.
  • Banquets - are served sharing style, so, if you have a dietary requirement, your dish will likely be served individually plated instead.
  • The Chef's Table cannot accommodate any dietary requirements other than those outlined on the individual chef's page, due to the style of the experience.
  • The Woodland Banquet will take place come rain or shine as we have a beautiful canopy in the woodland to use in the event of rain so you don’t miss your meal!
  • Little ones can sit on parents' laps at all restaurants except for The Chef's Table. If they're in a pram please ask on arrival to be seated at the end of a table. Unless available at the point of booking, we don't have a dedicated children's menu, so if you’re planning for them to eat with you they’ll need to be booked as an additional seat.

Outdoor Experiences

  • Outdoor experiences will take place come rain or shine.
  • For any outdoor experiences outside of the arena, unless specified otherwise on the individual booking page, please meet 15 minutes before the designated start time at the Wilderness Meeting Point where you will be met and guided to your experience.
