The Mindful Space

Join Sacred + Wild for a series of specially curated sessions. You can book as standalone sessions or book all three for the complete Ritual Rebellion Opening Ceremony journey.

From Cacao to Lift-Off – JoyJourney with Bhuti x Voga

Thursday 17:30 - 18:20

Land in your body with a somatic breather, crack your heart open with potent ceremonial cacao, then strap in for a JoyJourney – guided journalling, gentle movement and a playful build to lift your energy and warm you into the weekend.

A Sacred + Wild collective: Jess Ince (Sacred + Wild), Sama Trinder (Bhuti x Bingham Riverhouse) and Juju Murrell (Voga) – cacao ceremony, sharing and somatic movement designed to shift state fast and open connection. Together, the collective creates an inclusive arrival ritual designed to help you land quickly, connect and step into the weekend feeling open, energised and ready to play.

From Anointed to Adorned – Rebel Rising with Sacred + Wild x Waking Dreams

Thursday 18:30 - 19:20

A Lammas-coded ritual to harvest your wildfire and choose a bolder way to move through the weekend. Begin by anointing with a signature pulse-point oil – your personal “rebel scent” to anchor intention in the body, then, create a silk talisman ribbon scarf as your weekend sigil, marked with a word, symbol or vow and worn through the festival as a rebellion statement and return-to-self cue. Jess brings Ritual Rebellion through scent and intention-setting, Nat and Taylor bring grounded nervous system tools and facilitation, and Juju brings playful power and embodied creativity.

A Sacred + Wild collective: Jess Ince (Sacred + Wild), Nat Limon + Taylor Jay (Waking Dreams) and Juju Murrell (Voga) – scent ritual, nervous-system-aware facilitation and embodied creativity to anchor intention and identity.

From Yin to Resonance – Candlelight Close with Waking Dreams x Bhuti

Thursday 19:30 - 20:20

A candlelit closing to drop right down. Nat Limon + Taylor Jay (Waking Dreams) lead restorative yin and nervous system regulation, while Sama Trinder (Bhuti) offers sound healing to settle you into deep calm. During the sound journey, Sacred + Wild offers a candle-melt massage moment with Jess + Juju supporting body release and integration. Together, the collective creates a calm landing – leaving you settled, clear and resourced for the night ahead.

A Sacred + Wild collective: Nat Limon + Taylor Jay (Waking Dreams), Sama Trinder (Bhuti x Bingham Riverhouse), Jess Ince (Sacred + Wild) and Juju Murrell (Voga) – yin, sound and sensory ritual for deep downshift.
